The Star Property & Home Fair 2008

Having made its debut in 2003, The Star Property & Home Fair returns for the sixth time to the Pearl of the Orient.

Reputed to be one of the biggest one-stop property, home and lifestyle exhibitions in the northern region, The Star Property & Home Fair 2008 will be a convenient one-stop centre for the public to buy and invest in property, home and lifestyle products.

Held at the Penang International Sports Arena (PISA), Penang from 5th to 7th September 2008 (Friday to Sunday), more than 200 exhibitors are expected to take part and they will showcase properties, home financing packages and home related products. This Fair is open from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and admission is free.

Besides properties, visitors to The Star Property & Home Fair 2008 can look forward to some great bargains as the Fair will feature a wide selection of home-related services and lifestyle products including home furnishings, interior decoration, lightings, security systems, home and electrical appliances, and accessories and even landscaping and gardening products.

One of the highlights is the Property Auctions conducted by Henry Butcher Malaysia, Penang. The auctions will offer fantastic bargains comprising flats, apartments, condominiums, commercial properties, landed properties and land.

There will also be Talks and Forums by property and property-related professionals during the Fair. The forums will provide potential property buyers with useful tips and valuable information on property investments, financial packages, legal commitments and property taxation as well as home improvement.

Organised by The Star, The Star Property & Home Fair 2008 is aimed at complementing the government’s efforts in developing and stimulating the nation’s economic growth and to offer Malaysians the latest property and lifestyle products— all under one roof.

There will be a number of new housing projects that would be showcased under Henry Butcher’ International Pavilion. Amongst others are :-
