The Star Property Fair 2010 is here once again for the 8th consecutive year. This year's venue will be at G Hotel & Gurney Plaza from 23rd to 25th July 2010 (Friday to Sunday from 10am to 10pm).
The Star Property Fair has invested over 8 years of effort to cultivate the public through the press and education seminars. Henry Butcher Penang together with our business partner, Star Publication (M) Berhad are the only organizers in Penang that proactively generates potential buyers to our exhibitors through a well planned press announcements and releases that benefits the whole industry.
The Star Property Fair has attracted between 30,000 - 40,000 investors a year for the past eight (8) years. The response to this annual fair have make us as the organizer that build public buying confidence, alliances and partnerships that delivers complete solutions for both exhibitors and their clients.
One of the attraction is the seminar forum to be held for three days. The seminar forms an integral and highly informative part of the fair, delivering know-how, guidance and market information. The seminar hall is a center of visitors' attention and an estimate of 100-150 captive audiences will be participating in the seminar based on the previous years' experiences. In certain cases, the seminar room was packed to standing capacity.
