More Looking for Landed Property

THE Setia Pearl Island project in Sungai Ara will only be launched in December but enquiries are already pouring in at The Star Property & Home Fair 2006.

SP Setia sales, marketing and credit control property division (north) manager Yeoh Chee Beng said this was the developer’s first project in the state and the response was overwhelming.

“It was a weekday and the first day of the fair.

“We had a steady stream of visitors stopping by our booth,” he said.

“Judging from the opening day’s response, we expect more to visit our booth,” he said.

He said most of the enquiries were from professionals and those living in apartments who were looking for landed property.
Sterling Reserves managing director Yong Kei Wai was also pleased with the turnout.

“We printed about 5,000 bro-chures for our Sterling Country Homes and distributed almost half by Friday afternoon.
“With the limited land available, purchasers are showing keen interest in landed property,” he said.

With fresh dragonfruits, carrots, coconuts and other greens lining its booth, Hunza Properties was equally popular among the visitors.
Sales and marketing officer Cyrus Chung said its Alila and Infiniti projects were popular with property hunters.

”We are very pleased that our tropical landscaped projects are getting such positive response,” he said.

IJM’s innovative use of fresh flowers for its booths attracted visitors as didPrima Prai’s tastefully decorated booth.
