Corporate Executives
 
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you are responsible together with your team members to reach corporate targets assigned from time to time. You will be involved in the conceptualization and execution of corporate marketing strategies.
 
Requirements
 
Minimum a Degree in any discipline preferably real estate, management, economics, business or housing, building and planning.
Excellent communication skill and conversant in local dialects.
Good spoken and written English.
Knowledge in Mandarin is an added advantage
Independent and requires less supervisory guidance
Self motivated and resourceful
Computer literate
Must be able to work on public holidays and weekends
 

 
Real Estate Negotiators

Reporting to the Senior Manager, your duty is to achieve property sales target. The property can comprise of residential, commercial and industrial properties. You are required to secure property listings and develop a networking database. You must be able to manage relationships at all levels. You are expected to be result-driven and able to qualify the customer needs and expectation. 
 
Requirements
 
A Diploma or preferably a Degree in any discipline.
Those with sale experience in any field is encouraged to apply
Communicating effectively is essential
Good spoken and written English and local dialects
Ability to speak and write in Mandarin would be an added advantage
Good networking and presentation skills
Independent, proactive and ability to complete assignments on time.
Computer savvy
No age limit
 
 

Asset Valuation Executives / Officers / Assistants
 
Reporting to the Section Head, you are required to liaise with customers, arrange property inspection and complete valuation reports within the deadlines. You are responsible for implementation of customer policies and ensure that quality of report is adhered to at all times. Your duty includes collection of fees for every valuation report completed. You must be able to provide strong support to your team members and manage your work diligently.
 
Requirements
 
Degree/Diploma in Valuation / Estate Management or Housing, Building and Planning
Working related experience is not essential but preferred
Good written and spoken English
Computer literate
Resourceful, independent and a team player
Good communication skills at all levels
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
 
 

Foreign Language Translator (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Or Thai)
 
This work is part time and on call basis. Your duty is to assist the firm to provide advice and quality service to foreign customers. You will work together with your peers and to use your ability to communicate, guide, win and develop new businesses with the foreign customers.

Requirements
 
Degree/diploma in any discipline
Speaks and write well either in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin or Thai
Possess certain personal trait with ability to deal with any level of people
Self-motivated and service oriented
Knowledge of local property market and business connections is an excellent advantage
 
 

Research Fellow / Officer
 
Reporting to the Head of Research Department, you will undertake market surveys and prepare property market reports and feasibility study reports. You will also be required to prepare and give corporate presentations from time to time. 
 
Requirements
 
Degree in either Economics, Real Estate, Statistics or Housing, Building and Planning
Excellent command in English and Mandarin
Working experience in related field is not essential but preferred
Good communication with strong analytical skills
Teamwork-oriented and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Ability to perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis
Knowledge of SPSS
