Henry Butcher Malaysia which is part of the international network of Henry Butcher & Co., International Asset Consultants & Chartered Surveyors has been providing real estate solutions to government, commerce & industry in Malaysia for more than 20 years. Henry Butcher & Co was founded in London in circa 1860. 

Our comprehensive range of services means that you can deal with just one Company for all your real estate, plant and machinery needs.  The ‘One-Stop’ concept.

The group is represented in Malaysia by Henry Butcher Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. which started from a humble Kuala Lumpur office of 4 in 1987 to what is now a nationwide network of offices throughout Malaysia with a staff strength numbering more than 400.

Our Penang Team

Dr. Jason Teoh Poh Huat is the Director of Henry Butcher Malaysia (Penang) Sdn.Bhd., a professional firm of International Property Consultants. He is a Registered Valuer, Fellow of The Royal Institution of CharteredSurveyors (UK), Fellow of the Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia, a Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and an expert panel member of The National Real Estate Research Coordinator (NAPREC) Institut Penilaian Negara(INSPEN), Valuation and Property Services Department, Ministry of Finance, Malaysia. He has just been elected Adjunct Professor in the Department of Real EstateManagement, Faculty of Built Environment, University Malaya. 

Dr Teoh is assisted by experienced senior managers and executives with multidisciplinary skills and backgrounds. Our combined staff strength is 40 with Mr Shawn Ong, Vice President heading the Asset Valuation, Research & Consultancy Department. Ms Helen Tan is the Vice President of International Business Development. Other key personnel includes Ms Angeline Woo & Mr Law Beng Yeow who are our Senior Business Development Managers, Mr Jerry Loke as our Assistant Finance Manager, Ms Lim Soo Lean as Business Relationship Manager, and Ms Serena Tan holding the position as the Assistant Business Relationship Manager.

Our Penang office is still ever-expanding to cater for the needs to service our wide networks of customers nationally and worldwide. Some of our negotiators also speak foreign languages  such as German, Japanese, Mandarin and Indonesian.
